  plenty of fun! For the first time\, balloon artists will create spectacul
 ar\, large-scale Halloween installations at an existing public attraction.
  Each team will be given a mystery zone on arrival and challenged to compl
 ete their creation before midnight! From haunted forests and giant pumpkin
 s to creepy creatures and magical scenes\, artists will put their skills t
 o the test using organic balloons\, classic décor\, twisting and creative
  balloon techniques. Fancy dress is encouraged\, with prizes for the best 
 costume\, plus games\, surprises and lots of Halloween fun throughout the 
 day! This unique Halloween event is organised by Balloon Colour Blending\,
  and we’re proud to support it as a sponsor. Our teacher Denise van Door
 en will be there too! Plus: artists can showcase and sell their own balloo
 n creations and face-painting services to visitors throughout Pumpkin Fest
