Delivery at home

For the shipment of packages, we collaborate with DPD and Post NL.

They aim for delivery within 2 to 3 business days for Belgium, the Netherlands, and large parts of Germany (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that DPD and Post NL will always succeed in delivering within 2 days, so please be aware that delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for late deliveries.

If a package cannot be delivered, for example, because no one is present, and it is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange the return. Unfortunately, we will then be obliged to charge you for the return costs (depending on the country) and any administrative fees (+/- €14.95 excluding VAT).

Delivery in a parcel shop

Can not you be present at delivery? Then you can also have parcels delivered directly to a DPD parcel shop. There is always one in your neighborhood. By choosing this option you are certain that you do not miss a delivery. The advantage of a parcel shop is that they are often open in the evenings and on Saturdays and you can choose when you pick up the package.
